Who we are

OpsPilot operates the site as the trading name of Legal entity placeholder. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@opspilot.example.

Information we collect

Depending on how the site is used, we may collect the order email, selected pack, payment confirmation details, booking information, submitted workflow context, tools used, repeated tasks, data sources, bottlenecks, support messages, and the minimum information needed to schedule and fulfill the purchased pack.

Standard technical information created through normal website use, such as browser, device, and usage information, may also be processed to operate, secure, and improve the site.

How we use information

Information may be used to process purchases, send receipts and delivery instructions, send booking instructions, prepare the review, deliver written recommendations, respond to support requests, detect misuse or technical issues, and meet legal, accounting, or payment-provider obligations.

Order information is used for fulfillment, support, site operations, and policy enforcement for the purchased pack.

Payment processing

Payment card entry happens on a hosted checkout page and is handled under the relevant payment provider's own terms and privacy practices.

When Whop is used, this site receives only the payment confirmation and order details reasonably needed to confirm payment and fulfill the purchased pack.

Workflow context

Submitted workflow notes, tool lists, process documents, task descriptions, and related materials are used to perform the review and prepare recommendations.

Do not submit information that you are not authorized to share, confidential credentials, private dashboards, customer secrets, API keys, or material that is unnecessary for the review.

Third-party service providers

The service may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, booking, email delivery, hosting, analytics, customer communications, and fulfillment support.

Information is shared with those providers only as reasonably necessary to operate the service.

Retention and requests

Information is kept for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purchased pack, keep transaction and support records, resolve disputes, enforce policies, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or operational obligations.

Depending on location, users may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about the personal data held. Requests can be sent to hello@opspilot.example.

Security and changes

Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards are used for the nature of the service, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
